Payment or ticket issue

You paid, tried to pay, entered incorrect details or believe the payment has not been found.

Permit, booking or permission to park

You had a permit, ticket, reservation or other permission to use the location.

Blue Badge or disability

You had a Blue Badge, needed an adjustment or your disability affected what happened.

Emergency, illness or vehicle breakdown

An unexpected medical issue, emergency or breakdown affected the parking event.

Signs, markings or parking information

You did not know restrictions applied, or the signs or parking information were missing or unclear.

Time or camera record

You believe the recorded arrival, departure or length of stay is incorrect.

Vehicle ownership, hire or use

The vehicle had been sold, hired, leased, stolen or was being used by somebody else.

You could not appeal earlier

You received the notice late or exceptional circumstances prevented you from responding sooner.

Only there for a short time

You were only there briefly, dropping off, picking up, loading or passing through.

Stayed longer than planned

Something delayed you or kept you there longer than expected.

The notice or the amount is wrong

You believe the notice or the amount due is incorrect.
