Appeal evidence for a Blue Badge or disability
The evidence you need will depend on what happened. Send any of the following that support your appeal:
clear photographs of the front and back of the Blue Badge
evidence showing that the badge was valid on the date concerned
information showing that the badge holder was using the vehicle
evidence of any disability-related need or adjustment relevant to what happened
evidence showing why extra time may have been needed
Make sure the evidence shows
the badge number
the badge holder’s name
the expiry date
the issuing authority
that the badge holder was using the vehicle at the time
how the disability affected the parking event
You do not need to send full medical records. Only send information relevant to your appeal.

if you do not have a Blue Badge, tell us how your disability or health condition affected what happened
if you do not have supporting evidence, tell us why
