Appeal evidence about signs, markings or parking information
The evidence you need will depend on what happened. Send any of the following that support your appeal:
clear photographs of the entrance
photographs of signs near where the vehicle was parked
photographs of the payment machine and its instructions
Make sure the evidence shows
the full sign or marking, not only a small section
where the sign or marking was positioned
the route taken by the vehicle or driver
the distance from the vehicle or entrance
the date the photographs or video were taken
What to tell us in your own words
the route you took
where the vehicle was parked
which information you believe was missing, unclear or difficult to see
what you believed the rules were, and why
whether you returned later to take any photographs
if you do not have supporting evidence, tell us why
anything else you want us to consider
