Appeal evidence about ownership, hire or use of the vehicle
The evidence you need will depend on what happened. Send any of the following that support your appeal:
a vehicle sale or purchase document
a DVLA acknowledgement or registration document
a hire or lease agreement
a company vehicle allocation record
a police crime reference for a stolen vehicle or cloned registration plate
evidence identifying the person who was using the vehicle
Make sure the evidence shows
the vehicle registration
the relevant person or organisation’s name and address
the date ownership, possession or use began and ended
the date and time covered by any hire or lease
signatures or other confirmation that the agreement was in force
What to tell us in your own words
your relationship to the vehicle
who owned, hired, leased or used it at the time
the full name and serviceable address of the relevant person or organisation, where applicable
why the sale, hire, lease or police document is not available
if you do not have supporting evidence, tell us why
anything else you want us to consider

What happens after you appeal?
If you appeal within the time allowed, the amount due will not increase while we consider your appeal.
We will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. It will come from Car Park Services Ltd noreply@carparkservices.com and may take up to 24 hours to arrive.
We aim to respond within 14 days. Please allow up to 28 days. If we need longer, we will let you know.
