Appeal evidence about the notice or amount
The evidence you need will depend on what happened. Send any of the following that support your appeal:
proof that the notice has already been paid
confirmation that it was cancelled
copies of any duplicate notices
earlier correspondence about the same parking event
a bank or card record showing payment
evidence of the amount previously offered or agreed
Make sure the evidence shows
the date the notice was issued and the date the reduced amount ends
the notice reference number
the vehicle registration
the date and location of the parking event
the amount paid or previously requested
the date payment or cancellation was confirmed
why two notices relate to the same event
What to tell us in your own words
which part of the notice or amount you dispute
when you received the notice
whether you received an earlier notice about the same parking event
why you believe the reduced amount should still apply
when and how you paid
how you calculated the amount you believe is due
if you do not have supporting evidence, tell us why
anything else you want us to consider
