Appeal evidence about the recorded time
The evidence you need will depend on what happened. Send any of the following that support your appeal:
dashcam footage
location history or journey records
receipts or records from another location
evidence showing that the vehicle left and returned
work, delivery or appointment records
photographs or footage showing the vehicle elsewhere
Make sure the evidence shows
the date and time
the vehicle registration
the vehicle’s location
whether there was more than one visit
the times the vehicle entered and left
the difference between the recorded time and the time you believe is correct
What to tell us in your own words
the journey in the order it happened
each time the vehicle entered and left
where the vehicle was between visits
any drop-off, collection or other activity that may explain the record
if you do not have supporting evidence, tell us why
anything else you want us to consider
