The evidence you need will depend on what happened. Send any of the following that support your appeal:

receipts, bookings or transaction records
correspondence from a business, organisation or other person
any other record that supports your appeal

the date and time
the location
the vehicle registration
who or what the evidence relates to
how it supports your appeal
What to tell us in your own words
clearly what happened
why you believe it affects the notice
all relevant dates, times, names and reference numbers
if you do not have supporting evidence, tell us why
