Report a parking machine problem

Use this form to tell us about a parking payment machine that is not working correctly.
Before reporting a problem, please check whether another payment machine or another payment method shown at the car park is available.

If alternative payment methods are available and you choose not to pay for parking, you may be issued with a Parking Charge or Penalty.

This form is only for reporting a machine fault. It cannot be used to make an appeal.
