Appeal evidence for a permit, booking or permission
The evidence you need will depend on what happened. Send any of the following that support your appeal:
a copy or photograph of the permit
a booking or reservation confirmation
an email, letter or message giving you permission to park
confirmation that the vehicle was registered with the business, resident, reception or permit system
confirmation from the person or organisation that gave permission
Make sure the evidence shows
the vehicle registration
the location
the date and time covered
the permit, booking or authorisation number
any conditions attached to the permission
What to tell us in your own words
where and how you registered your vehicle, or tried to
who gave you permission to park
when and how permission was given
any reference number you were given
the name and contact details of the person or organisation that may be able to confirm it
if you do not have supporting evidence, tell us why
anything else you want us to consider

What happens after you appeal?
If you appeal within the time allowed, the amount due will not increase while we consider your appeal.
We will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. It will come from Car Park Services Ltd noreply@carparkservices.com and may take up to 24 hours to arrive.
We aim to respond within 14 days. Please allow up to 28 days. If we need longer, we will let you know.
